ALQYMA offers delivery within France as well as worldwide. At the time of purchase, please select the country of your choice.

As soon as we have transferred your order to the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking code.

Please note that the carrier must first process the order. Once the carrier has received your order, you should generally be able to track it from the next business day. If the tracking code still does not work, please try again on the next business day or contact us.

Simply contact us, and we will provide you with the return procedure. Items ordered from ALQYMA can be returned within 14 days, starting from the date of receipt. Once the return is received, we will issue a 100% refund or process an exchange. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not accept items if they are:
